widbd Terms and Conditions

widbd ("we", "our", or "platform") is an online gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between widbd and you ("user").

These terms apply to the use of the widbd website, mobile platform and other related services. By accessing the platform, registering, or participating in any gaming activity, you are fully accepting these terms.

1.1 Interpretation of Terms

The following terms used in this document have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — the widbd website, app and all related services.
• "Account" — a personal user account created through registration.
• "Balance" — real money and bonus funds held in your account.

• "Transaction" — a deposit, withdrawal or any other financial activity.

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account is strictly prohibited. widbd reserves the right to detect duplicate accounts at any time, and in such cases the accounts concerned may be suspended or closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete. Providing false information will be treated as a serious violation and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance.

Account verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is a mandatory process at widbd. You may be required to verify your identity before any withdrawal or for transactions above a certain limit.

3.1 Required Documents

• A clear copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Recent (within 3 months) proof of address — such as a bank statement or utility bill.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (for example, matching bKash or Nagad account number).

3.2 Verification Timeframe

After documents are submitted, verification is generally completed within 24-72 business hours. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during this period. If there is any issue during the verification process, our support team will contact you.

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at widbd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300 (three hundred taka).

• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). After approval, funds generally reach your account within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The relevant wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.
• widbd reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

widbd offers new members a 200% welcome bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be at least ৳300.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

For the welcome bonus, a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the bonus amount must be met. For example, if a bonus of ৳1,000 is received, a total of ৳10,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Terms

• Each user may claim each offer only once.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another person.
• Bonus funds are spent first, followed by real funds.
• widbd reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
• The wagering requirement must be met within 15 days of receiving the bonus, otherwise the bonus may be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Cashback Program

widbd has a five-tier VIP program. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week.
• Silver — up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Gold — up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Platinum — up to 0.6% cashback per week.
• Diamond — up to 0.8% cashback per week.

You can advance to higher VIP tiers through continued participation alongside gameplay. Cashback is paid every Monday and there is no separate wagering requirement for it.

6.1 General Gaming Terms

The following rules apply to playing games on the widbd platform:

• You may not place a bet exceeding your balance.
• In the event of a technical error, any bet or win may be voided.
• A Certified Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to determine game outcomes.
• widbd's decision on any game result is final and binding.

6.2 Technical Issues

widbd is not responsible for any loss caused by an internet disconnection or technical error. In such situations the state of the game will be determined according to the server logs. If a problem occurs, please contact our support team immediately.

6.3 Fair Play Policy

widbd believes in fair play. All games are conducted impartially and no player is given an unfair advantage. Attempting to influence game outcomes using any strategy or software is prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the widbd platform and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Operating games using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits ("bonus abuse").
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Using third-party payment accounts for transactions.
• Intentionally exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Threatening, harassing or defrauding other users.
• Using a false identity, false documents or stolen payment information.

If evidence of any of the above violations is found, widbd has the right to forfeit the account balance and, where applicable, take legal action.

8.1 Suspension or Closure by widbd

widbd may suspend or close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Provision of suspicious information during account verification.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Regulatory compliance requirements related to financial security.

8.2 Account Closure by User

You may close your account at any time by contacting us via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Please remember to withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, widbd is not liable for the following:

• Game losses due to internet connection disruption.
• Technical issues from third-party game providers.
• Issues caused by the user's own device or network.
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, war, government directives, etc.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to an account (if caused by the user's negligence).

In any dispute, widbd's maximum liability is limited to the amount equal to your deposits over the last 30 days.
